This basketball drill is great for athleticism, concentration, defensive sliding and shooting. You need a shooting gun or partner who can rebound and pass to you. Line up 3 hurdles along the foul line and space them so you will be taking elbow jump shots. You will go side to side sliding your feet in a defensive stance and take elbow jump shots. You want to bend your knees and move your feet quick without crossing them.
